OUR AIM

Our aim is to help those most disadvantaged by society – particularly women from the Ethnic Minorities and young people classified as NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) – to develop the entrepreneurial talent we know lies within them, so that together we can overcome the boundaries of society and create a new generation of successful entrepreneurs in this country, helping people’s dreams come true.

From providing mentoring in soft skills such as networking and confidence-building to help with securing funds for your project and the provision of office space for business start-ups, there are many ways in which TFMP can help you nurture your ideas and turn your dreams into a reality.

The Future Melting Pot provides a variety of services to help women and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds set up their businesses.

The Future Melting Pot Network Forum.
Want to network with like-minded entrepreneurs in your peer group? This is the place for you to discuss your ideas and concerns and meet people who share your goals and aspirations, as well as get advice from those who have been in your position. We are currently developing an online forum and will arrange regular in-person sessions for you to network.

Business Development Programme.
We will provide you with support and advice to help you find premises for your business, and support you as you turn your ideas into reality.
Peer Learning and Mentoring Programme.
We know that starting your own business can be a challenge and that the necessary skills can sometimes take a while to learn. We offer a range of services to help develop your business skills and knowledge, as well as soft skills like confidence-building and networking.
